This just seems odd to me...

I just saw a guy carrying an empty bottle to one of those purified water stores...but he was smoking away on a cigarette.  I guess he doesn't mind polluting his lungs with smoke, but he's gotta have clean water.  Who knows?

So what's your secret to being so strong?

So I overheard one "new" boot camper asking a boot camper veteran..."How is it that you are so strong doing theses exercises? You make it look so easy."

The "older" camper said "it's the pre training meal of Tecate and chicken Mc nuggets, that gives me strength".

Note to self...I may need to talk about "proper diet" a little more often to this group.

Note to readers...the older camper was joking. (I hope.)

Heather and I were talking about vegan stuff this morning and I don't happen to be a vegan but I do love the vegan Sun Warrior protein. It's in my cupboard along with my greens powder and cacao nibs.
