Hi my name is Stephen...some people call me Coop. I live in Altadena,CA and like to spend my vacations in Brazil.

I'm a personal trainer/coach and I help people lose fat and get leaner, but without all of the typical fitness hype/sales crap.

My feeling is that exercise is about creating a vibrant and healthy body from which we can live life to the fullest.
